I’ve emerged, with the help of my wife, from an extraordinary struggle to get to grips with Substack! The social media is replete with Forums about the mysteries Substack and videos about how to use Substack. The story is that they keep on changing it?
In my experience and in my view, the folks at Substack need to think about NAMING THINGS (OBJECTS) and CONSISTENCY and how to design a SIMPLE INTERFACE.
I believe that I have sussed out Substack ‘Profile’ and Substack ‘Publication’; Notes and Posts and Articles.

I am hoping to attract and engage thinkers and doers in the domains of education and communication.
Trying out Substack – I am writing short Notes (invited to write “whats on my mind”) and longer Posts (Articles).
I have tried Linkedin. I guess that it suits “personalities” advertsing themselves and on a cpmmercial grapevine of personalities in business, congratulating each other.
Substack claims to be a platform for writers. My purpose in trying out Substack is to write about my thinking – furter to my Book, “‘Frameworks’ Making Sense of It All In The Age of BigInformation; A Simple methodology for Structured Thinking” Brandspire Digital Ltd /Amazon Books January 2025 and further to the current developments and media regarding the revolution in AI and BIG Tech and Property Developers building Data Centres Left Right and Centre, and what appears to be something of a bandwagon of ‘AI in Education’?
I am looking forward to attracting and engaging with ‘Subscribers’ who mightbhelp me with my thinking, and to recruiting paying Subscribers so that I can fund PHASE TWO of my ‘Frameworks’ Project.
